Depth of Field and Aperture the large depth of field
means that most of you image will be in full focus and small depth of field
means your image will be out of focus or fizz.
Aperture has a big impact upon depth of field. Large
aperture will decrease depth of field while small aperture will give you larger
depth of field.
The first picture below on the left was taken with an aperture of f/22 and the second one was taken with an aperture of f/2.8. The difference is quite obvious. The f/22 picture is in full focus and the f/2.8 is part out of focus.
